The Raffle draw for the vacant stand on Fernwood Private Estate in Knysna took place on the 17th November at the Pam Golding Properties office in Knysna.  Proceeds go to the upgrading of facilities at Knysna Primary School and Knysna High School.

The winner of the draw was lucky ticket number 5504, belonging to Anneke Balt, a grade 7 pupil at Knysna Primary.

The prize was as follows:

  • Erf 16, Phase 11, Fernwood Private Estate, Knysna
  • No transfer cost will be payable by the Raffle ticket winner to transfer into her name;
  • Estate levies amounting toR365 per month are included up to 30 June 2017;
  • Municipal rates and taxes are also included up to 30 June 2017;
