Sales activity

The first showhouse for the group scheme of 18 stands in Phase II is now complete and comments regarding its design and finish have been most complimentary.  Designed by Vreken Architects in Knysna and built by Praxos, the home sets the tone for design and quality of construction.

The entrance hall opens towards the entertainment area on the ground floor and up a few broad stairs to the bedrooms to the first floor. The kitchen and guest cloakroom, dining area and lounge are all open-plan on the ground floor and lead out to the wrap-around braai balcony, making full use of the stunning landscaped views over the two dams and the lagoon in the distance.  Appliances are included.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor (both en-suite)  leading to the spacious view balcony also facing the lagoon.  The home faces north-west and is therefore light and sunny.  The view aspect is protected from Leisure Isle towards the Heads.

The required rain-water tank has been concealed beneath the decking and all its controls are easily accessible under the edge of the deck.

Construction of the second show house which has been planned as a three-bedroomed unit, is due to commence within the next month.

The positioning of the two show houses  in Phase II,  will give investors an excellent indication of what can be achieved as far as design, construction and view orientation go in this Phase and will set the tone regarding quality and appeal.

Sales activity has picked up quickly with stands 4,5,6 and 11 in Phase II being snapped up by local purchasers who will be attending to their own construction.

In Phase I, two further stands have recently been purchased and a few homes in this Phase will now be under construction this year.
