New Retention dams

The addition of the two retention dams in Phase II has substantially enhanced the overall views from the stands in this phase and indigenous re-growth is encouraging birdlife and small wildlife back to the area.

The showhouse on Stand No 2 is nearing completion and consists of:

• 2 bedrooms (en-suite) on the first level, and the kitchen, scullery,dining room and lounge lead out to the covered braai patio which will have a wrap—around deck to enhance the entertainment area.
• There is also a double garage and rear kitchen courtyard.
